Description: This quantitative methods course aims to provide students with a foundation for quantitative research methods including characterizing and measuring uncertainty and making inferences based upon data. Topics include probability and probability distributions, estimation, effect size, and linear regression. While discussing quantitative methods for business, the analysis, interpretation, communication, and critique of business and economic data from Silicon Valley will be emphasized.
