Online Education Registration @ Santa Clara University

Welcome to the Bronco Registration Board for Santa Clara University. Here you will find the information needed to register for your courses.

When Registering:

New students are only guaranteed enrollment in their core courses in the first term. For Continuing Students, registration appointment times are determined by the total number of units earned and cumulative GPA. Students with more completed units and higher GPAs will receive earlier appointment times. After the initial registration period, enrollment will be on a first-come, first-serve basis during the open enrollment period.

Delaying registration increases the risk of courses filling up, making it more challenging to enroll in desired or required classes. If students fail to register before the late registration deadline, a hold will be placed on their account by the Registrar’s Office, and a late registration fee will be applied by the One-Stop Office.

Students are responsible for keeping track of all deadlines, which are listed in their Academic Calendar. They are encouraged to review courses in advance and add them to their "Course Schedule" on Workday. However, students must remember to click the "Start Registration" button once their designated appointment time arrives to complete their registration.

A full program plan is located within the “Announcements” section of your New Student Success Seminar course at onlinelearning.scu.edu. If you have any trouble accessing the seminar course please review the Credential Guide or search in your SCU email inbox.

Students can take up to a maximum of 16 units of electives from other Online or Evening programs within the Leavey School of Business. Evening courses provide online students the unique opportunity to attend in-person classes on campus. These courses are listed on your Student Preview Sheets and are highlighted blue at the bottom of each term section. When enrolling in Evening courses, please note that you will access a different camino page (https://camino.instructure.com/) and follow a different Academic Calendar, which can be found here (https://www.scu.edu/business/myleavey/graduates/)
